Diplomats’ excursion to Musandam

KHASAB — Heads of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives of regional and international organisations accredited to the Sultanate made a sea trip that took them to hamlets and islands overlooking Hormuz Straits including the gorges of Khor Sham, Khor Ghab and the village of Kamzar.

The diplomats, who were on a journey to Musandam Governorate, made their sea excursion yesterday on board the Royal Navy of Oman’s Nasr al Bahr vessel.  They were briefed on places their ship passed by and expressed admiration at the tourist and historical landmarks of the governorate.  Royal Navy of Oman Band performed during the trip.
